Everything was great. Friendly staff and the watch battery was replaced immediately; it was ready for pickup after 20 minutes. The battery had leaked (it hadn't been used for 10 years), and the contacts were cleaned without me even asking. They also performed a water resistance test. The watch works. Everything was great.
